The air-conditioned first floor living area includes a window unit in the living room and another in the master bedroom that cool the entire first floor. The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, sleeping four. The living room has a double (not queen) sized futon. Amenities include, but not limited to, are Wi-Fi, cable TV/DVD in the living room, deck, gas grill and a full, finished basement for ping pong, cards, hanging out and other fun. Parking is for a maximum of 2 cars. Walk along the ocean which is only a handful of steps from your living room and deck. On Thursday evenings at 9:45 PM enjoy the fireworks over The Pier. There is a strict no pet, no candle and no smoking policy in force at all times on this property. Renters need to bring their own sheets, pillow cases and towels. Amenities include, but not limited to, are Wi-Fi, cable TV/DVD in the living room, gas grill and a full kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave and stove. Parking is for a maximum of 2 cars and the driveway is shared with the house at 1 Odessa Ave. Walk along the ocean which is only a handful of steps from your living room. This large newly refurbished home (new kitchen with all new appliances, baths, carpeting, etc.) sleeps up to 15 people, has parking for 4 cars, central two zone A/C, a new 42" High-Definition TV (in the living room) with HBO, Showtime and more and 5 other TVs (one in each bedroom), internet, a new washer/dryer, a phone for local calls, a gas grill, DVD and beach chairs just to name a few amenities. This rental has 1 queen pullout sleeper in the living room and 2 full pullout sleepers on the 2 porches. Both porches have fans and are not part of the house that has central A/C. 1 single cot is also available if needed. This house is located just a short 2 minute walk to the beach. Pets are welcome($50 cleaning fee for each pet) and a no smoking and no candle policy is in force in the house at all times. This air-conditioned 4 bedroom duplex is just a short 2 minute walk to the beach, has parking for 4 cars (3 on the right hand side of the driveway near the garage and 1 out in front of the house), a 32" High-Definition TV with Stars, a washer/dryer, gas grill, DVD, internet, beach chairs and a telephone for local calls to name a few amenities. The sleep sofa and twin sofa bed are both blue and in the parlor. Small pets($50 cleaning fee for each pet) are welcome and a no smoking and no candle policy is in force in the apartment at all times. You will need to bring your own sheets, pillows, pillow cases, all bedding and towels. This summertime rental is for a minimum of 1 week with the rental period starting on Saturday afternoon at 3:00 pm and concluding the following Saturday morning by 10:00 am.
